Kalpataru Premium Class Plywood is a high-performance, calibrated marine-grade plywood conforming to IS:710 standards and bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin as per IS:848, making it 100% boiling water-proof.
Designed for precision applications, it offers a guaranteed thickness tolerance of ±0.2 mm, ensuring uniformity across the surface—ideal for designer kitchens, premium furniture, and wall paneling. This uniform calibration eliminates the need for HDF or MDF substrates in panel work and enhances suitability for CNC machining, edge-banding, and fine craftsmanship.
The plywood is manufactured using superior-grade Gurjan and imported tropical hardwood core veneers, ensuring excellent structural stability, while a 0.6 mm thick face veneer adds strength and delivers a smooth, seamless finish.
